xv6800 Verizon, switched to sprint radio rom and need help

Hello all, Long time listener, first time caller...

Alright, I am a bit new at this, and did read a slew of info, and even used the search, and searched via google quite a bit.

I have Verizon, with a xv6800, which has not been hooked up yet.

I decided, to use these two forums to install a bootloader since I believe my version was 1.3 something if i remember right.

http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index...itanRecentHome

Followed it to the T. I was able to install the bootloader, and even install the Sprint gps radio rom. I did not let it run the customizations. It actually wouldn't even boot, just got stuck on the Verizon Screen.

When I went to put in a dcd rom, They are all .exe files. I have been flashing via a 2g sd card. So I can not figure out how to run .exe in the bootloader, and since the phone will not boot, I then, just reinstalled a factory stock verizon rom.

1st question, should I have renamed the .exe file the titaimg.nbh file? I tried and that didnt work. Or do i need to install a kitchen just to install a rom?

2nd question, I am also now having this problem
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?p=226967

In the first two posts, on the above thread. About the standby and not being able to use the power button.

So when I do actually get the right radio rom, w/ right verizon rom, then will this issue be fixed?

I have also cross refrenced with this page quite a bit too, and still have not been able to get the durn thing working.

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=21167

Are the .exe files from some peoples roms, only for people using there computer via active snyc? And I thought I could do all of this on a sd card.

Thanks first and foremost, I am sure you have answered these questions many times, so thanks for the patience. I just caught the bug, and really want to install these couple things, and then install macflo big buttons, if anyone can point me in the right direct, I do have musicman247 post on the macflo already.

Just to sum up, I installed

nueSPL-2.47.exe file

And that installed fine.

then installed Radio 3.35.04 & Sprint 3.35.651.2 OS ROM

which just the radio got installed via the boot loader, then when installing the rom, it was an .exe file and couldnt figure out how to use that file thru a sd card reader, and without the phone being able to boot.

all of this from the first listed link.

Then the phone froze on start up screen. (Verizon white background)

then I flashed back to stock verizon rom, but still have the nuespl bootloader in. The phone boots fine, but still dont have everything setup so that i can activate it. So any info will be appreciated so that I can actually activate it!!!

You need to use winrar and extract the exe. Look for a file named RUU_signed.nbh. Rename that file to TITAIMG.nbh. You can just hook up the usb cable and run the exe from your desktop to install it on your PPC
