iPAQ to Titan interface adapter

Hey Guys,

I have a keyboard that I purchased for my iPAQ rx3115 a few years ago. I'd like to be able to use it on my Titan. I see no reason why it wouldn't work except for the interface. I'm not sure what the interface is called on the iPAQ, but I'm wondering if there is an adapter to make it mini-USB (that is the Titan's interface, right?)

Thanks

Actually I don't think that's gonna be possible. I mean if the keyboard was bluetooth I could see it working, but an adapter to plug it in, I am 80% sure it can't be done, even if there is an adaptor to make it fit, I don't think the titan will be able to utilize the keyboard.

I could be wrong though, so if somebody out there knows better, please correct me.

Re: iPAQ to Titan interface adapter

The way I figure it the drivers and software for the keyboard are designed to be installed on a Windows Mobile device (albeit an older version), so I see no reason why those drivers and software wouldnt install on my Titan. When it comes to the interface all I see as being needed is an adapter to get it to plug in.

That's the thing the connection may not see it to be able to utilize it.

Re: iPAQ to Titan interface adapter

I don't see why not, agree to disagree I suppose, lol. As long as it fits the interface of the Titan it ought to work. I just don't know what the iPAQ interface is called so I can't google this.

Re: iPAQ to Titan interface adapter

There is VERY little out there on this subject, this is about all I could find. Take a look at the first few pictures, that is EXACTLY what I want except I want it to convert to a mini usb male plug.

I took apart the keyboard and the interface plugin comes right out, it looks like it could easily be swapped out if you knew the type of plug it uses to plug into the keyboard itself. Here's a pic I took.
