Try this.....its worth a shot....

1) Unzip and install the cab file below on your device

2) go to \windows and run PPST.exe and follow the prompts

I've never used that cab exept thru the ruu... the only cab I ever have to run is ITOA.

also there was a ## code that I've had to do before to get itoa to complete without error, but that wasn't related to roaming...

I agree on that....that is the only time I have run it also...and most of the time I do not to have run IOTA.....so are you saying that he flashed when the phone was stuck in roam....

well, if I remember right I flashed to the 3.56 rom when I had my phone set to roam only. then since that option isn't in that rom, I had to add those registery entry's and then the phone options let me select automatic. (i did still have some issues until I hard-reset again though)
