to upgrade from 3.35 or not?

i did the upgrade about two weeks ago..and i have noticed that when i go online or search is muuch faster and cleaner..i dont use sprint tv that offen but i see to use it jus a lil bit...overall i do it cause it also upgrades the navagation..love that feature...

I love the spped of the GPS with the upgrade, but have had problems with the alarms. If you use your alarms like I do its not worth the pain. When I have changed the time for my alarm the next day it goes off at the time from the first day and now the next day. KNow idea why, haven't figured that one out yet.

Considering upgradiing BUT I do not use Sprint TV. From the description below it sounds like that's really the only new feature of the upgrade.

And, I assume that upgrading will cause a loss all data (contacts, calendar, etc.) which I would have to reload. does it also cause a loss of all the programs I've loaded leaving only the "out of the box" programs?

Anyway, I'm having a hard time deciding to upgrade given I really don't care about Sprint TV.

Are there other worthwhile features of the upgrade and 6.1 which I should be considering?

one issue I have with the new rom, is problems with email, and pie. sometimes when I tap notification of a new email, it will bring it up, but then go back to the today screen. I then have to press the email button to bring the message back up to see it. With PIE, sometimes when scrolling down with the thumbwheel, it will actually jump back up a page, then start scrolling down. sometimes I have to scroll the thumbwheel 3 full rotations to get the page to start scrolling down. Don't know if I would recommend this rom version or not. the previous one seemed more stable, and didn't have these weird issues....
