Cooked Roms vs. Stock ROMs
Total N00B time here, so forgive me. What is the benefit of using a "cooked" ROM vs. the standard HTC/Windows ROM? Also, does using a cooked ROM invalidate any sort of insurance/repair program I may be subscribed to (Sprint TEP)? I sell Sprint, but I'm looking to give my customers ALL options/satisfaction with their Mogul.

I used to work for sprint here in the phoenix area, first of all half the techs dont know what there looking at when it comes to issues with pda's. If your having problems with your phone and you have loaded a custom rom, just revert back to sprints offical rom, if your screen is broken they wont know about it cause they are replaceing the whole phone anyway since sprint no longer allows them to do harvest repairs anymore. I wouldnt worry about it, what they dont know wont hurt them. On another note what store do you work at?
