ONE: Get your mogul's ESN into Metropcs Network - This one we cannot help you here. Either you find a good soul in a metropcs store that will enter it for you, or you take the other road into cloning ( very doable, but ilegal to discuss here ) - Google is your best frend in this case. TWO: Change PRL, MSID, NAM, Flash New rom and MMS / Internet Settings - This one we will be glad to help you step-by-step if you cant find here by searching. |

Re: Sprint PPC6800 Successfully flashed to Metropcs
Fred,
I am a hard worker and I will stick with it and report back if I come across anything. I am able to use my phone on Metro PCS now. I think I have better reception now that it is on the network than what I had with Sprint. Here is where I am stuck at the moment. I flashed a custom rom from Kaos, I just cannot stand the sprint roms. I was told to delete the HTC file in Windows Setup and that file cannot be deleted. I have made all the changes per the thread and each time I go to connect to the net is dials the sprint default connection. I have tried many times to delete that connection and it never goes away. I just need to delete that setting and keep it gone |

Re: Sprint PPC6800 Successfully flashed to Metropcs
were you able to enter EPST? Did you get you MSL code? because i am sure that there are a lot of Sprint settings inside there. Also, there was another Guy here with the same problem, and i am going to quote what he said: "Ok, I flashed to a different rom (was on OMJ 3.09) and now on WDM's and was able to fix the problem instantly." So.... Try to flash a new kitchen rom or something. One more try, If you got Metro on it im sure you could connect the phone with QPST, there check all tabs ( CDMA, NAM1, NAM2, ETC ) and maybe you will find something related to an old phone number @ sprintpcs.com that might fix it as well

Fred
I am able to get into the EPST and I am able to go into the QPST. the next step is where I get lost. Where should I be looking for anything that says Sprint. there are so many tabs if you kno what I mean. |
