HTC 6800 flv and Impeded videos doesnot work?

I got HTC PPC 6800 and I have been trying to watch videos form megavideo and other sites for tv-links.cc.But it does not work.It also does not play any videos impeded in the web page (even if it is mpeg). I also installed TCpmp with the flash plug in and adobe flash player. But it does not work. please help.
