Anybody using Orb to stream Audio & Video?

Looks interesting and I'm wondering if I'll be able to stream Tivo files that I've moved to my PC. Kinda like a slingbox without the slingbox.... maybe?

Anyone using it? Does it work? Is it reliable? What do I need on my xv6800 to view/listen?
