Re: Help with Battery
It can be a couple of things. Either it's just a bad battery, or the contacts arent making a good connection. Try pulling the battery and reseating it making sure the connections are solid. If that doesn't improve things you probably have a bad batt.

Re: Help with Battery
Tried plugging it in every time, did notice with my phone plugged in, when I remove the new battery and put my old one in, the LED blanks off for a sec or two, then returns to amber, when I put the new battery in, it doesnt go off at all, and after a decent amount of time now, the phone still wont turn on. Waiting on a response from seidio.

Re: Help with Battery
Sounds like it's a bad battery. Seidio is great about making things right so it shouldn't be a problem getting a replacement.

Re: Help with Battery
Well I figured out was wrong, where the contacts on the battery are, it looks like when the battery was made, the plastic wasnt cut perfectly, and where three of the contacts are, the plastic had little danglers still hanging on, used some tweezers, and they pretty much fell off. Plugged the battery back in, and its good to go.
Thanks for your help. |
