Cracked LCD.. refurb from ins. replacement??? **updated**

Went to a corporate store and they said its a stress issue and nothing they can do.... I am pissed a week old refurbished phone with a cracked LCD screen.. the manager said the only thing he could do is another 95 dollar deductible and an ins. claim

I have had several ins replacements in the past. The worst case here is paying another deductable. They probably will call it a separate instance. The insurance for these phones comes from an actual insurance company so its harder to get them to "deal" with you since they did take it out and program it ect. taking it to another store wont work since I am sure they would realize the original store would have taken it out and programmed it. kinda tuff luck I'm afraid.

took it to another store and they said the same thing... dont understand how they can say there is no solution. How is it do they KNOW that it was my fault. Is there know such thing as a weak and deffective LCD???
