soft resetting into bootloader?

ok so now im completely stuck. it must be a hardware problem because ive never seen anything like this. the usb is fine, but every time it soft resets it goes straight into BL. i reflashed the ROM and radio and nothing. i was going to try flashing to stock but because i cant get out of bootloader, cant do that either. exit_bl sends the commands but it just goes back into bootloader. i was thinking i could just turn it into a brick so i can bring it into the shop for a refurb or something. NOTHING is working.
