My phone (Muggle) and my wife's Treo 700wx will not connect....it times out every time no matter where we are at....the only way to get it up and running for me is WIFI.....just want to know if anyone has any insight on this at all....it has worked in the past also.......its just hit or miss a lot.....sometimes days.....

Re: Slingbox

You might want to prime your connection first.

Open up an internet browser and connect to a page like microsoft.com or something to get a solid dialed in connection

Then open up Slingbox and connect

Re: Slingbox

are you using the wifi on your home network? sounds like it might just be a router problem or your home internet. ive also had problems, but i know its due to my home internet being sketchy in the past couple of weeks. nothing to do with sling. you make a direct connection to your sling, so it doesnt go through a server or anything...as far as i know.
