How to trade from verizon xv6700 to sprint 6800

As the title describes, I am looking to see if anyone knows if there is a way to trade these phones with sprint. Does sprint have any kind of deal like this. If not, the only other option is to post on craigslist, which i would prefer to do directly through sprint if there is a way. Or can someone else with experience post how they traded their phones. I dont know if there is a safe way to do it on the web. I am afraid that if i work out a deal with someone i might not get te phone from the other person. Can someone help please with good suggestions. I would really like to get on the sprint network now that i don't have a contract with verizon any more.
