phone wont stop rebooting

i tried to flash a rom i gave up and went back to the sprint rom and now my phone wont stop rebooting unless its hooked up to the computer. would relocking the phone help?

do you know of a good locker. i went ot cokemans but it says not to use it wiht a gpos rom. guess i dont get that arent all roms gps? also when i click on it it doesnt do anything anyway

i had that with my mogul the hard spl was the wrong version for the rom
