EDIT: I just sent you a private message! regarding your phone... please check your message and we can talk through messages instead of taking up space on the thread. If you don't know how to check messages go to the top of the screen and click USERCP and you can figure it out from there. Last edited by mokash34; 07-16-2008 at 02:38 PM. |

Re: Help me decide...newbie here!
I have owned both the Touch and the Mogul (currently the Mogul) and I am in the process right now of waiting for my new Touch to arrive. It is totally a matter of preference with regard to the keyboard and WiFi. Now that the touch has a rom that will run GPS, that is no longer a valid argument. I personally rarely use my WiFi, so the last is a keyboard.
While it is not the same, there are plenty of software based keyboards that run great. I would recommend that you head to a local Sprint store and try them both out for yourself, to see which one best fits your needs. Also, here is another thread with comparisons of these two phones... http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=13692

Re: Help me decide...newbie here!
well i had the ppc6700, is there a big difference between the 6700 and the 6800...
at the time of owning my 6700 about 2 years ago, i was a technology dummy lol. so it was too much for me, but since i had my Q9C, i learned a lot more now so i think i can handle one better. |

Since there are numerous threads that discuss this very subject I'm gonna close this one down.
Thanks for your understanding. late, Coz
