Automatically dialing last # when playing media

I need a little help.....everytime I try playing music the phone automatically starts redialing the last number. It happens whether I use wmp, audio manager or pocket music. Tried doing a search but came up with nothing. Anyone know where I would start to find out why its doing this and how to stop it. thanks!
