Themes wont install?

My Mogul was very glitchy so I did a hard reset. I back up all of my data and when I went to install my custom Theme it wont install. As a matter fact no matter what theme I download I cant install. When I click on the cab to install it the device automatically goes to the "Today" Screen settings. I have never had a problem installing Themes. Does anyone have any Ideas?

Move the cab. to ( My Documents) Then try it .

Try hard resetting again...bummer I know but it sounds like you got a bad hard reset.

I have a touch , but I e mail the task or theme to my phone or use a card reader to transfer to my sd card. Hope that Helps

Yeah, now MY question is where do yall find all these top-notch lookin themes? The sites I download from have half-***** themes. Go easy, I just got the phone less than a week ago. I'm comin' from a Treo 700wx.
