Re: noob question about OS ROM
once you are unlocked, you are always unlocked, and can flash whatever custom you want, just make sure it is a gps enabled rom, no2chem has some fast roms, currently on preview 7 for his 2.2 rom, dcd's are good as well, and you can't really go wrong with anything cooked using buildos from ppckitchen.org. to use ppckitchen, just download buildos.msi off their site, installl it, then run the updater and select everything that has to do with titan. Then when you open it, you will have a list of selections to choose from, which are all linked to a different basekit. My favorite, and seems to run fastest, is the 19588 selections, but alot of people still use 5067. It's really all about personal preference, just play with a couple different builds, and try different things till you have the perfect rom

Re: noob question about OS ROM
I have the buildos.msi installed, i'm just kinda confused about some things(need to do more reading), but how would i properly flash the os from this point? Do i need to force the phone into bootloader mode or will any rom flash exe/ppckitchen automatically do that when it needs to?

Re: noob question about OS ROM
if you are connected to activesync, the kitchen will do everything for you. Once you hit play, it will build your rom, then flash it for you

Re: noob question about OS ROM
if you use the kitchen, you select your carrier at the top, making your carrier cab redundant and unnecessary
