Is the Mogul Bluetooth 2.1 capable?

Does anyone know if the chipset in the Mogul is Bluetooth 2.1 capable? In other words, can it be upgraded to 2.1 with say, a rom? How about the Diamond or Touch Pro?

Basically, 2.1 allows for near-field technology. Here's a demonstration:
