happy to report it TOTALLY fixed my issues with the duplicate keystrokes from the keyboard. not quite sure how/why it works...but it's nice that it does!

i actually went to sprint yesterday to have them replace my phone....they had to order it and now i almost wonder if i should switch it out anymore.

Do a search for the updated MSVC hacks. I think it's not compatible but people have made it compatible.

i have installed this about a week ago and it seemed to have fixed it at first but a few days later the keyboard started acting up again. i think this fix was originally released for the vx6800. its posted on ut starcom's site.

Just installed the cab and it's working. I downloaded from HTC's xv6800 section.

which cab file did you d/l. after the new rom update my IE is sluggish/choppy when Im browsing and my keyboard is also acting up. If anyone has a fix for these issues please let me know.

if ie is choppy there is a cab called
ie slow scroll fix floating around.

My problems didn't start until I got the 3.56 ROM, and then my keys started sticking the first time I needed to type something.

I ran the file provided above by banzaiwolfe, rebooted, and things are working just great again. I don't know what it fixed exactly, but it worked like a lucky charm!

I was having the same problem and this was prior to the new ROM so I'm not positive that it's a ROM issue. I just had my phone replaced and it working fine with the 3.56 ROM. Which phone do you guys have. I mean this for sprint people. is it the original mogul with the "pocket pc" on the front, or the newer model with the copperish border around the screen. I really feel like it's a hardware issue, not a software issue.

The CAB file works great I dont know what it is but it works so just enjoy!!!!!
