i know that agilemessenger (www.agilemobile.com) saves ALL of your conversations on your phone and can be used for just about all instant message services, including google, aim, yahoo, and others.

I use OctroTalk...seems to do the job...i think it is still in beta and free for now

I would really appreciate it if someone would post a cab of the most recent version of the Sprint included IM client. I am cheap so I don't want to pay for one and I did not like palringo as much as the one included. For whatever reason after upgrading to the newest ROM it is no longer on the phone =/

I am guessing the reason for this is that I did the DNS hack (maybe?). Reverted to an older ROM, and the file downloaded just fine. Go to www.sprint.com/multiim from your computer and you should be able to download it just fine.
