Problems with my caller ID. Help please

Ok I have Slide 2 Unlock 2 installed on my phone and when it is activated and I get an incoming call the call ID works fine, it is when Slide 2 Unlock is not activated, the phone will ring but nothing pops up telling me who is calling, I can click on the green phone button on the bottom right of the phone and then click talk to answer, but even there it does not show who is talking. I am running the new Windows Mobile 6.1, but this was doing this even with the previous ROM. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there just some setting that I need to set? Thanks

Re: Problems with my caller ID. Help please

In case I wasn't clear, the message that is supposed to pop up and tell me I have an incoming call does not come up, that is what I am talking about, its not the Call ID so much, just nothing notifies me of incoming calls except the ringtone.

Sounds like you need to get rid of slide to unlock, and just go with the stock WM key lock. Slide to unlock is cool and all, but its not cool enough to warrant other issues.

Re: Problems with my caller ID. Help please

I had the same issue. I found out that the problem was I had slide to answer activated, and when I had it disabled, the screen would not come up. All I had to do was simply un-select slide to answer and it solved the problem. Hope this helps.
