REV A max is 3.1 Mbits/s so im not sure how a mogul would reach the speeds in the first post

Yeah, no way that's right. A mogul doesn't reach those speeds. Probably sitting at work posting screen shots of a connection he can't afford.

Can I run that test directly on th phone or do I have to be tethered?
I have had issues with my connection being really slow. Made me wonder if I really had Rev A
