help!!! please

hey guy i have th mogul 6800 and i added ringo to my phone i didnt know it was a trial now that it expired i removed it and now my text messages are not alerting me jus the screen shows up .. can anyone help me please is there a program i need to get maybe a file i need to erase/add.. thanks guys you all are the best at this.

Try going to Start - Settings - Sounds & Notifications. On the Notifications tab, check to make sure that "New Text Message" has a sound and vibrate / flash light associated with it.
