Someone mentioned that it was a bug in the software that caused it to send multiple messages when the application was opened and closed while the middle of a background send. So if you just minimize the program into the background instead of closing it right after sending a text you should see this happening less and less.

interesting. well since i'm waiting for people to fix bugs before i update to 6.1 is there another software that handles threaded sms better than cody's? is palm another one and is it better? hmmm... maybe it's time to just make the jump to 6.1...
