my device was flashed already and titan was install, but my device wont boot...after i do hard reset..its just stays on the same screen need help...

Welcome to the forums and your new addiction! Now for your question...

What screen is it staying on? Is it the tri-color screen or the HTC boot screen? If you provide more information I will try to help.

after i do hard reset and and press r to remove all data.. it vibrates and it stay on the next page...it sat telefonica MOVISTAR

Take the battery out completely, wait 30 seconds (minimum) and then put the battery back in. Then try the hard reset again.

do you have any in mind.. and how will it work cause i tried flashing it but since its in that mode. active sync wont recognize it...do you have any ideas...

I personally use No2Chem's 5067 rom form the kitchen...

thank you sir, how do i get zip? i dont have zip on my pc and it wont let me open it..sorry im new at this..

You will need winzip or better yet winRar (www.winrar.com)
