now im havin trouble with disabling active sync.. i went and removed it from the laptop...keep getting error msg that my active sync is still running

does anyone have the link to get the flash to get me out of the bootloader...didnt think it was going to take this long...someone help pls

i download the file..but get error msg to disable active sync..

You have to go to the Active Sync icon on your desktop and right click on it and click on Connection Settings and uncheck Allow USB Connections then run it again. Dont forget to recheck after done, or active sync will not sync.
