Buttons dont work...

hey, im new, did a search. The end/send buttons, the camera button, soft keys, message, etc., buttons do not work.

i did a hard reset, reinstalled 3.35.651.2, no good. any ideas or send it in for repair?

Sounds like if none of your buttons are working, and the phone is on and not running S2U2 or something similar that would disable the buttons, you need a new phone.

You should be able to take it into a Sprint store and get them to give you a new one there, as it is obviously a hardware issue.
