Mogul has problem connecting via Wi-fi

I had to reflash my phone sicne some problems came, from randomly deleting files

Now after everything, I have installed the newest version of GoogleMaps, but it will not work when wifi is working, even though PocketIE can load webpages fine

I am not sure what is wrong with it,

Also was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of it always connecting to "Vision" and somehow disabling it completely or go always go to the Wi-fi, since I do not have a data on Pageplus

This error/problems did not occur before flashing
