Phone sends random texts after soft reset

Yeah the same thing happens to me. It only gives me double letters when i use the slide out keyboard. Havent found a fix for it yet, currently still looking. Once I do though I'll post the fix.
If anyone else knows the fix, please share.

Had this issue... BUT it was emails that were sent as texts. Friends i was just talking to before the reset were getting shipment confirmations for stuff i ordered online.. credit card statement notifications.. yeah... not cool.

I never talked to HTC about the issue because i know any tier 1 idiot i talked to about it wouldn't have any idea. i posted about this maybe 4 or 5 months ago and no one had any kind of response but when it comes to figuring out the reason and finding a solution, this is the place to be.. HTC and Sprint's customer service would most likely just be wasting your time..

It's kindof a huge security risk though, right? Especially if they're gearing this phone toward corporate execs, who frequently do a lot of business through email...
