Trouble with GPS after updated USCC titan

I have recently gone thru and updated using no2chem 5060, set it to gps and when all is said and done after getting my phoen the way i want it the gps doesnt seem to work.
am i missing something i need to check while building? or is there a setting wrong? i pull up google maps and it says seeking gps satellites (0).... and never gets past it. any help would be much appreciated
