sounds like a hardware issue.

Try and blow out around the keys with the duster aerosol can (the one for computers)
or you can use an air source with a regulator at a very low psi. Thats what I do every now and then for maintenance.

Try that if that dont work bring it into your cellular repair shop. Hope you bought the insurance.lol
