backlit keys on mogul do not light-up

i slide the keyboard out and no light please help me out

if u have a spb suite on your phone its because the setting you use to dim the lighting on your screen is on low try reseting the lighting on your screen to a higher setting it should work

I had this problem before as well. Try this...

Start -> Settings -> Buttons -> Backlight tab (bottom)

Uncheck the box for "Enable keyboard backlight auto sensor"
