Battery Meter Icon on Top Bar?

Is there a way to get the battery icon in the top bar? I think it looks better than HTC's plugin.

Yes there is...
I have one on mine. Go to the registry part of the forums. And I think the thread is Sprint Mogul/6800 tweaks. And in there it tells you how to remove the top bar battery. So do the opposite. For example, if it tells you to change it to 0, put it to 1.

I found that, I did the regedit mod, I soft resetted both using the button and holding down the power button, it still doesn't come up.

Hmm, I dont think it worked for me on my first try. If I knew where the reg. edit was, I would tell you whats on mine.

did u wait thirty seconds after changin registry...this is common with the registry reverting back afterwords.....you have to give it time to set idky

You probably did set it correctly, the best way to activate registry edits is to use the reboot feature inside your regedit program. That way it waits until the registry is loaded with the changes prior to powering down.

You can install quickmenu, this has an option for a battery. Or try this tweak and values:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\ShowTitleBarClock = 2

The values can be :
0 = Battery
1 = Clock (may cause dialer app to pop up)
2 = Nothing
3 = Both
