You can install quickmenu, this has an option for a battery. Or try this tweak and values:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\ShowTitleBarClock = 2

The values can be :
0 = Battery
1 = Clock (may cause dialer app to pop up)
2 = Nothing
3 = Both
