cab files transfered from internal memory to sd memory

How can I get the files that are in my internal memory to transfer to the SD card? I know I do it through Activesync. I already got all my files, folders, etc onto my computer but can't figure out how to transfer them onto the micro SD card from there. Could someone help me? Obviously I'm new to all this and might need "for dummy" instructions.

Thanks for your time...

Open up 2 windows explorer windows, side by side, then drag and drop. Your phone will show up in the right window in the explorer window under your dvd/cd drives. Click on the phone, then the Storage card. Or get a Micro-SD card reader...
