lost internet connection after hard reset

well just as the title states, did a hard reset and lost the net. so i called sprint and worked with the guy for a bit, we did a full reset including reloading msid and phone number, he said he didnt know what to do after that and said that i should bring it to a sprint store and have them look at it so now i must turn to the real pros with that being said. any ideas?
