HTC Customizer Buttons

Playing around with HTC Home Customizer and I'm wonder how you add buttons like I've seen in others themes such as the image below that has a row of icons for apps.

Thats not from HTC Home. The first row is and the second row is from SPB Pocket Plus i think.

it could also be the Sprint Home Plugin that has different icons.
