help with mogul

i have the usb cord for the mogul and i want to download music from my laptop but when i choose to save it. the screens keep saying i cannot save in this location, find another place to save. i dont know where to save. can someone please help me?

Just save what your downloading to your laptop. then activesync the files to your mogul from where its saved.
