Xv6800 bluetooth issues

I am running a Parrot 3100 in my car. My 6800 will only work if I go into settings>bluetooth>select the Parrot>turn on bluetooth. I have to do this before EVERY call, or it won't work.

If I do follow this procedure, it works fine. Otherwise, it sinks up to the Parrot, mutes the phone, but will not play the call through my speakers. The Parrot will show a mute sign on it's display. If I go back and go through the procedure above BEFORE I make a call, it will work fine.

What's wrong?

Just an update. I needed to upgrade the software on the Parrot. I bought a bluetooth USB device and did it in about 10min. with Parrot's free software. Everything works good now.
