Customize Programs Menu??

is there any were i can get a program that lets me change my programs list form or background or any thing like that like the Q9C has??

Wisbar Advance, Wisbar Lite and QuickMenu all allow you to cascade the start menu. I'm not familiar with the Q9C. Is this what you are looking for?

Thanks but its not what im looking for im looking for a program to edit the programs likest u know were start --> programs takes you to but thanks hooked you up with a thanks for the effort lol =]

To edit the programs listed in the start menu? To do that all you need to do is create a shortcut to the program that you want listed there and then place that shortcut in \windows\start menu\programs.

yea i know but i want to be able to put backround pictures and things like that just before yesterday i bought my father a Q9C and i can customise things like that and the way the i cons are listen its a good program but smartphone brings it and ppc dont wth lol

there is a way... its called wisbar and wisbar advanced. or just purchase a q9c then and give up your touch screen abilities.
