Mogul Sprint TV- doesnt play any non premium channels

which are the none premium channels?

I use mobi tv... and don't really care about the sprint option.

Ok let me see if i can help you out. First off are you on the simply everything plan? If so i beleive that its like that because of the plan and all other channels that are not apart of the premium are subscriptioned based. Next question for you is exactly what channels don't you get (yeah i know pretty dumb question but humor me)?

sorry for the late response. I actually cant view any channels...premium or non. I could watch the movie previews, but thats it...nothing else...I'm not sure what my plan is called but i have unlimited data... Hope that helps...

We need to know what plan you are on, because unlimited data does not necessarily mean that sprint TV will work, because on the basic plan only the non prem. channels do.

Ok well have you flashed your mogul? If not try give CS a call (if you have not already)to see if you need to be provisioned * again. Hopefully this a simple fix with CS.

i am having almost the same prob but mine loads up and says unable to initalize user. What should i do? i have the 99 dollar everything plan

ItsMurda i would also advise you to call CS as it seems possible that your device needs to be provisioned as well. Now for the questions before you call have you recently had sprint tv working and now it dose not or has it never worked? Also have you recently flashed your device ?
