Errors on 3 files Phone locks up can't call/answer

I sure hope someone can help on this one. When I take the phone off charge I discovered that I can not receive a call or place one without doing a soft reset. Worse yet it seems to be locking up more often during the day. The PC function seems to work OK, it seems to only be impacting the telephone function.

Ran SPB backup and at the end it warned it had errors. Could not access "\windows\htc_sms_RETRY_EDB_vol", "\windows\compimeh.9409.dat"
"\windows\lic\isoma.db" In searching it appears I do not have a good backup that would have these files intact.
I am wondering if I could copy these from another 6800 and write them to the 6800 that is malfunctioning? Any light you can shed on this one would be appreciated.
