If anyone cares about my NSDHO, my advice to current Qwest holders: Wait till you get something in writing. I've talked to them enough. I'm not talking anymore until I get a letter that says what the options are, and then I have a bargaining chip. Obviously they're not too concerned with keeping their word, and they think their customers are going to be fooled by the "string along" method.
I'm not fooled. I'm going to wait to see what options they offer, and then I'll make the best decision for my family. But until I see something in writing, we have no bargaining power.
Unless of course the service stops working, and then it's tantrum time. :)

I'm with you. I think it will take until October for Qwest to get their collective head "out" .... I'm ready to switch, but I doubt it will be to Verizon.:disgust:

The longer this drags out the closer I get to just going to At&t for the iPhone.

i need out of qwest so bad!! i hate how i am always getting unnecessary charges for things i don't buy. i don't like Verizon because the don't get service at my house.

the iphone looks to be in my future!!! but hope it sonner than later.
