VoiceMail - Short Ring Time

Ok, Ive searched the threads and filtered through pages of voicemail posts but cant seem to find an answer to this.

A while back I was having a problem with voicemail. What would happen is that sometimes my phone will ring once, maybe twice, sometimes not at all. Everytime it would go into voicemail.

With no option in the sprint voice mail to change the number of rings (basic function you would think) I had sprint shut off the voicemail so that it did not pick up. This worked great until recently when I now need voicemail again.

I have the voicemail turned on, but I am now having the same problem. If my phone rings at all, I only get 1 maybe 2 rings to try and get my phone out to answer it.

Any ideas how to fix this?
