Htc 6800
I can get my 6800 to go into the bootloader mode ready for a ROM but when I try to upload anything it sticks at 0% What can i do? I cant boot back into the os mode and i cant upload anything

Ive Tried using several ROMS. I used PPC Kitchen to build a OS and when I try to send it to the HTC it starts sending but the HTC shows 0% complete and then it errors out after about 2 minutes.
