Opera Mobile 9.5 Keyboard problem

When I try to enter an address in opera Mobile 9.5 1004 w/ my slide out keyboard, the address screen stays up for a few seconds and then disappears. I'm able to enter the address but if it takes longer than a few seconds to enter, the bar disappears.

Anyone else w/ this problem?

I'm having the same issue, drives me nuts. Seems to be the only flaw I have found... Either way this browser rocks my socks off! Will look in config to see if there is a way to increase the delay...

I have the same problem. I am installing the new version 9.5.1126 to see if it happens with that build too.
Currently I am using build 9.5.781 from the diamond and that is when I first got the problem.

*EDIT* just thought I would verify that build 1126 does not appear to have fixed this problem.

anyone figure this out? unusable for me if I cant use the slider keyboard.

I don't think it's been fixed yet. Are you guys using cooked roms? I had Opera 9.5.781 on the leaked Sprint wm6.1 a few days ago and didn't see the issue. I've since updated to Vetvito's rom so I can't verify if it's due to the cooked rom thats causing the latest Opera (1126) not to work right.

im on a cooked touch rom and when i use the touch keboard( you know the 20 key-sure typeish one) i cant even type leters. it just does symbols. i have to use the touch qwerty to enter addresses and login info. sux!
