Storage Memory vs Program Memory

Is it possible to adjust the amount of storage memory and program memory like my old PDA?

I used to live in Lake Worth. With WM5 and above storage memory is on a flash chip so you can no longer adjust this with program memory. At least I've never found a way.

I wish there was. It would be a God send. I don't need storage space with the memory cards, I need more RAM.
