HTC nor Sprint have announced that the Touch Dual is going CDMA... I highly doubt that it will - it may just cannibalize sales of the Touch.
The Raphael and the Touch are aimed at totally different markets and it makes completely perfect sense for Sprint to choose the Raphael to replace the Mogul. Further than that, the Raphael will have the new Manila interface as well as full hardware acceleration... The Touch Dual does not have that.

I think for it to stay in a good market its going to have to be cheaper then the iPhone. The second release of the iPhone is supposed to be 2 year contract priced with AT&T for $199.00. We will see what the Raphael comes in at..
