Sprint ROCKS!!!! I have 4 numbers under my acct and I was able to upgrade one number from SERO $30 500 mins to SERO $49.99 1250 mins without extending the service agreement. It took 30 mins to get it done but the CSR is great. I waited on the phone and asked nicely and I even offered to do a customer survey for his excellent service, too bad I didn't get selected for the survey.
My brother use that particular number that I upgraded. He's been going over his mins for the pass 4 months and he ends up paying $160 to $200 a month for using 1000 and over mins. Atleast now he doesnt have to pay that much and have 1250 mins available for him. Less stress for me
